  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We ship all orders using Royal Mail, a trusted UK postal carrier.

Shipping services are selected automatically at checkout based on order size and destination.

Lost Orders

If Royal Mail confirms that a parcel has been lost in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our obligations under UK consumer law.

Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging may be required to process a replacement or refund.
